Meet The Team

Chloe Aleman
I am Chloe Aleman and I have been doing dance competitions coming up on 6 years. I have won First in my Region, Third overall, and Black Diamond High score for my musical theatre solo at Open Call Dance Competition. Last year, I won Top First place for my Hip Hop solo at KAR dance competition. I also won many High Gold’s in group dances and duets. I have been taking multiple dance classes since I was 3 years and love getting to compete at this level with Mrs. Danielle.

Linda Ballero
Linda has been an inaugural member of the Novaris Dance Collective since 2025 and has trained at A Step Ahead Performing Arts Studio, The 6th Position Dance Collective, and En Pointe School of Dance since the age of four. While ballet is her primary passion, she also enjoys modern, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. In addition to her work with Novaris, Linda is a member of two other dance companies, performing contemporary repertoire and participating in multiple productions of The Nutcracker, most recently as the lead in Chinese Tea in the 2025 performance. Beyond dance, Linda has trained in martial arts since the age of three and holds a second-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do as well as an orange/black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She is also active in service, regularly volunteering as an altar server at her Catholic church and supporting animal rescue efforts. In Spring 2026, Linda plans to audition for the Atlanta Ballet and Terminus Ballet summer intensives. She aspires to attend the University of Georgia and perform with its dance company.
Jensen Brooke Rivera
Jensen is a driven competitive dancer with 10 years of training, competitive experience, and a strong foundation in technique and performance. She is committed to consistent growth, artistry, and musicality, and brings both professionalism and heart to every routine. Jensen has earned many awards throughout the years, with her most memorable accomplishment being First Runner-Up for Title at the Open Call National Competition.

Victoria Rosado
Victoria is 18 years old and a senior at Heritage High School. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Georgia at 2 years old. She began dancing at age 4 and competing in regional and national dance competitions at age 5 in various genres. She was one of only 7 dancers accepted in the Academy for Fine Arts for Dance at Heritage her freshman year. At the age of 15 she appeared in her first professional show, The City as company member of Burlap Sak Dance. She has trained in all genres from Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, Pointe, and many others. She enjoys master classes in and around Atlanta with many top choreographers; over the years these include classes with Alvin Ailey Dance Company, and many others. In addition to her love of dance she is a technical theater major where she utilizes her love and passion for creating to create SFX makeup looks and set designs for her high school musicals. Becoming a part of Novaris Dance Collective has allowed her to take her training to the next level in preparation for her future. She is grateful to have the opportunity to dance, choreograph, create and be inspired by and with such incredibly talented individuals. As she looks to her future she has applied to colleges that will allow her to minor in dance so that she can one day help train the next generation of dancers.

Morganne Shoop
Morganne Shoop has been dancing for 15 years and loves every aspect of preforming arts. As a student at Greater Atlanta Christian School, she has participated in many dance classes and is a teaching assistant for their School of Ballet. Morganne also participates in GACs theater program where she is currently the dance captain for their current musical. Over the summer, Morganne helps lead dance and theater workshops and camp for elementary schoolers. This past summer Morganne was the choreographer for Lionheart Theater Company’s A Year with Frog and Toad where she was able to grow in her performance abilities. Morganne is so incredibly grateful to have a new experience at Novaris and cannot wait to get started.
